Diamond-Kote Siding and New Vinyl Windows
We recently decided to make some much-needed updates to our home, and even though it was a smaller project, it turned out to be a huge success! We chose to install Diamond-Kote engineered wood siding because of the 35 year warranty and some new vinyl windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
A Small Project with a Big Impact
Our home was in need of some love, but we weren’t looking to do a massive renovation. After some research, we decided on Diamond-Kote engineered wood siding for its durability and beautiful finish. We also wanted to replace a few outdated windows with new ones to improve energy efficiency.

A Minor Setback, But a Major Win
During the installation, they had a little mishap where an air conditioner line got damaged. We were worried this might cause a delay and extra money to fix, but ProTex Remodeling handled the situation quickly and professionally. They immediately took responsibility for the mistake, got the line fixed, and kept the project moving forward without missing a beat.
We were so impressed with how they managed the situation—there was no stress on our end, and everything was back on track in no time. Plus the company that fixed the AC line also installed a start up capaciter to reduce wear on our outside unit for $375.00 when other companies wanted over a thousand.
A Beautiful Finish and no more rotted chimney
The final result is better than we could have imagined. The new siding and windows give our home a fresh, modern look that stands out, and the new vinyl windows have made our living spaces brighter and more comfortable. It’s amazing how these small updates have made suck a big improvement.
